The place was clean and homely, had affable staff at check-out. The room was huge and recently renovated with very comfortable beds, and we slept very well.

Hotel location, I can walk to the National Museum and many restaurant very closed to hotel.
After I arrived the hotel, the room that I selected didn't match with the picture which is show on the web site, it's totally different. Therefore, I would like to change the room that mentioned in the webpage. Unfortunately, it fully booked on that night. I must stay that room all night. on the next day, I add money ten bucks to moving the room the shown on their website. I feel better.

friendly, helpful staff- they can speak basic english and we had no problems.
the rooms were fine, they could do with modernising, especially the shower area. This hotel is fine for a low budget- you get what you pay for.

Location very near to tourist area.
No hot drinking water, toilet light very dim, I think they haven't complete renovate the toilet yet. Air-con take long time to cool down. TV signal no good, cannot see clear picture, no desk phone to call to reception.

Reasonable price
As they were installing a lift it was very noisy throughout the day. Was first given a large room, the next morning we were waken by pounding and drilling and had to move to a room where there was less noise but was a lot smaller. Beside a food market which was interesting to see but was a bit mad in the area so wasn't the easiest to navigate your way to the riverside.

Only food and good service in thе restaurant. Food is very tasty. Hotel is not far from the Palace and markets. Polite service staff
But the room is awfull. I suppose it was a wrong number because there are two staircases: front and side one (vеry small narrow and unpresentablе). They suggest us go through narrow. ) The room is not as in advertisement photoes in Booked.net. Very old room , be in need of repair, quite dirty in thе bathroom, approximately 15 sq. (Not 21 sq.m), wi-fi does not work, cockroaches in the shower. No arm-chairs, no cupboard, no working table , no slippers as promissed. Besides I can not demand to move us to the other room, because wi-fi did not work and I could not check the photes and descriptions and show it to the receptionist. The girl at the reception tried to help us with wi-fi. But no effect. Please check the conditions of this hotel. The thing is not in money 15$ not a problem, the hotel was as a transit for us on our way to Siemriep, but it was really unpleasant surprise.

aNice lobby good location a few streets from the river front. Staff okay Room furnishing a bit dated and disappointing. Poor lighting TV not functional. AC and Shower worked great. Room on the 3 floor was good enough. Wifi worked well (a bit slower than average). Good value for the price.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
